After its launch in Paris in 2021, Mimosa Riviera Cuisine has recently opened its doors at The Langham London - its first international outpost outside of Paris. It boasts a menu and interiors infused with Riviera Style.

The interior design is a tribute to the French Riviera – its elegance, its light, its marine wood and its iodised air. The colours are warm, sunny and not ostentatious. Mimosa is a journey to the Med both on the plate and in the décor.

Having recently designed and created the new uniforms at The Langham's Chuan Spa, our Creative Director, Cavell Thomas, was approached to supply the uniforms for the new restaurant.

The solution is predominantly sharp black and white tailored separates, with the men wearing bow ties – very much in keeping with French restaurants in Paris. The lady servers are in beautifully tailored, dark navy sailor trousers with statement gold blazer buttons, teamed with a clean, white shirt. All very stylish and elegant.

Celebrities arrived in their droves for the official opening, to experience the culinary journey through the Riviera. Inline couldn't be prouder to be part of the journey.
